We know that using legal documents can be daunting. Whether it's a document that someone wants you to sign or whether you need to know if your legal document is right for your business. You want to be able to ask a legal expert questions about that document. You also need to be able to discuss how the document will impact on your business. Someone who can
- suggest what changes can be made to the document
- talk about changes that can be made so that the legal document 'fits' your business.
Whatever you need to discuss about your legal document(s) it helps to talk it over with an expert who understands because they’ve been there!
Designed for small business owners
We designed this service for the small business owner. You’ll email your document(s) to us and then speak to someone with who understands how to run a small business and has many years’ experience. Someone who has helped many businesses by drafting, reviewing and changing legal document(s) so that they feel confident in using them.

How the legal document and consultancy call works
- You email your legal document to us. This service works best when the combined document(s) are less than 15 pages of A4
- You then schedule the call. Please allow 2 working days from the date you email your legal document(s) to us before scheduling the call. This is so that we have time to review the document before your call. Sometimes we may email you to ask for additional information.
- We book you in to speak to the best expert for your questions and review documents we ask to see in advance
- This is a fixed price consultation call which lasts as long as needed to cover your questions
- Appointments are usually available during Monday to Friday 9-6 excluding public holidays
What Happens?
(1) Once you've ordered this service you'll get full instruction about how to:
- email your legal document to us and
- schedule your call. This includes the link to access our online diary.
(2) When you schedule your call you tell us what's on your mind. It's helpful to know what your questions are. You can also choose whether to have the audio from your call recorded and emailed to you.
(3) Occasionally, we may need extra information from you. If that happens and/or we don’t get all the information then email you. If necessary, we'll reschedule your call.
(4) Once you have successfully scheduled your call you’ll get an automatic email confirmation. Most calls are through Zoom. You’ll get full instructions in the email.
(5) Need to rearrange your call? We understand that sometimes you need to rearrange your call. Do this by logging back into the scheduler – use the same link that you used to make the appointment. You can reschedule once at least 48 hours before the time of your call.
(6) After the call - if you've chosen to have the audio from your call recorded then the recording is usually sent to you within 2 working day.
Please note this is a review call and although we provide advice and suggestions about making changes to your document(s) this service does not include us drafting/amending your document. If you need that support then this is something that you can discuss with your expert at the end of that call.
