We offer a 7-day risk guarantee. If you’ve purchased the wrong toolkit, we’ll swap it for the right one, no fuss. Just email us at support@lawhound.co.uk within 7 days of purchase.

Each toolkit includes:

• Step-by-step ‘How To’ explainer videos (for most documents)
• Practical guides and checklists to help you use the documents confidently.  

You’ll find a full list of what’s included on each product page. 

 Yes. Our templates are written in plain English and designed to be easily adapted. You can edit them in Word or Google Docs. The explainer videos walk you through how to do this. . 

Yes, once completed and used correctly, they form part of your legal documentation. They are templates, not legal advice. If you’re unsure about how to apply them to your specific situation, we recommend discussing this with us via our consulting services which can be purchased separately. 

 No legal background needed. Our toolkits are designed for business owners, not lawyers. The explainer videos and guides make it easy to understand what each document does and how to use it. 

If a toolkit is affected by a legal change, we’ll update it and let you know. When you buy a Toolkit you have access to it for 12 months so you’ll be able to access all the updated documents during this period. At the end of 12 months you can pay for a 12 month update service - please see our renewal service here

 8. Can I use the toolkit more than once? Yes. Once purchased, you can use the documents in your own business as many times as needed. They’re not licensed for sharing or resale or use in other businesses or people.

Yes. For some toolkits, we offer the option to pay in 3 equal instalments or monthly. If you don’t see a Stripe/Klarna or pay in instalments link please just email us at support@lawhound.co.uk and we’ll set it up for you. 

(1) Buying directly from the product page
Once you’ve ordered, you’ll receive instant access to download your documents and guides. Everything is delivered digitally so you can get started straight away.  

(2) Paying in 3 with Klarna  
Once you’ve paid, we ask that you email us at support@lawhound.co.uk confirming what you’ve bought because it can take Stripe/Klarna a few hours to let us know.  

Once we’ve received your email and payment we’ll email you with information about how to access the toolkit. If you order during the evening or during the weekend or public holidays in England and Wales, we’ll organise it by the next working day although it’s often sooner!
